  1. Orders

3.1 Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. Once placed, orders cannot be modified.
3.2 All orders are subject to availability. In the event an item is unavailable, Scope Street will notify you and issue a full refund.
3.3 Scope Street reserves the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized payment methods, or errors in pricing.
3.4 Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are accurate. Scope Street is not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  1. Refund & Return Policy

4.1 Refunds are available within 14 days of receiving your item, provided the product meets the return conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition.
  • Returned with all original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
    4.2 Non-Returnable Items:
  • Socks, underwear, and intimate wear.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or sold at a discount.
    4.3 Returned footwear must:
  • Include the original box and packaging.
  • Show no signs of wear or use on the soles or material.
    4.4 Refund requests must be initiated by contacting customersupport@scopestreet.com within 30 calendar daysof delivery. Claims made after this period may not be honored.
    4.5 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Scope Street.
  1. Payment

5.1 Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party platforms such as Stripe and Shopify Payments.
5.2 All transactions are encrypted for your safety. Scope Street does not store credit card details.
5.3 By making a purchase, you authorize Scope Street to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your order.

  1. Promotions & Discounts

6.1 Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions as advertised.
6.2 Free gifts or promotional items must be returned alongside the purchased product to qualify for a refund.
6.3 Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

  • Delays in shipping caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Customer Responsibility

8.1 Customers must inspect products immediately upon receipt. Claims for missing, damaged, or defective products must be reported to Scope Street within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
8.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring that items are returned in compliance with Scope Street’s return conditions.

  1. Force Majeure

Scope Street shall not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfill its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or technical failures.

  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
11.2 Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of this website shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Marbella, Spain.
11.3 Customers agree to attempt resolution through Scope Street’s customer support before pursuing legal action.
11.4 All disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the Spanish Arbitration Court. Arbitration shall take place in Marbella, Spain, and the language of arbitration shall be Spanish.
