Timeframe: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Non-returnable items: Personalized products, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges are available for items of equal value.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our support team to reserve your replacement item.
Contact our customer service at customersupport@scopestreet.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
We will send you a return authorization along with instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
